Since 2001, Dr Diego Muñoz-Torrero was Associate Professor of Organic & Medicinal Chemistry and in April 2020 he got the Certificate of National Accreditation to Full Professor by ANECA. After presenting his teaching, research, transfer and managing activities and an innovative research project on 17 June 2022, he was proposed by the evaluation committee to get promoted to Full Professor and on 15 July 2022 the appointment was published in BOE. So, now it’s official, Dr Diego Muñoz-Torrero is Full Professor of the Department of Pharmacology, Toxicology and Therapeutic Chemistry of the University of Barcelona.
