On May 16th, the 2nd IBUB Young Researchers’ Congress took place at the Aula Magna of the Faculty of Pharmacy, gathering over 140 attendees for a full day of scientific exchange and networking.
The event featured strong participation from the MCP group. From Dr Santiago Vázquez’s group, Celia Escriche and Alba López presented a poster. Fernando Romero, from Dr Carmen Escolano’s group, delivered a flash talk. Finally, from Dr Diego Muñoz-Torrero’s group, Marc Granjé presented a poster, and Daniel Jireh Castellanos was awarded Best Flash Talk of the congress.
The congress was organized by several MCP group members, including Dr Anna Sampietro, Dr Ana Mallo-Abreu (Dr Diego Muñoz-Torrero’s group), Dr Oulduz Ghashghaei (Dr Rodolfo Lavilla’s group), Dr Andreea Larisa Turcu, and Dr Javier Pérez-Areales.
The event was a great success, highlighting the enthusiasm and talent of young researchers at IBUB.
