The University of Barcelona, \u200b\u200bin the exercise of its powers, promotes and executes construction works in its facilities and infrastructures. These actions are subject to the provisions of Royal Decree 1627\/1997<\/strong> , which establishes minimum health and safety provisions in construction works. <\/p>\n\n

The management of the obligations arising from Royal Decree 1627\/1997 in the actions promoted by the University corresponds to the Infrastructure and General Services Area of \u200b\u200bthe UB<\/strong> . For any questions or clarifications, please contact via the email infraestructures@ub.edu<\/a> . <\/p>\n\n

Remember that it is mandatory to submit the Health and Safety Documentation to the Infrastructure and General Services Area in contracts for minor works<\/a> , before the start of the work<\/strong> . In contracts through tender, the requirements set out in the technical and administrative specifications will be met. <\/p>\n\n

NOTE: This form is valid until the end of the work or maintenance. If there are substantial changes, the Infrastructure and General Services Area must be notified at infraestructures@ub.edu<\/a> . <\/p>\n\n
