Les bosses reutilitzables s\u00f3n una alternativa m\u00e9s sostenible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>M\u00e9s verd a la dieta. El consum d\u2019aliments d\u2019origen vegetal t\u00e9 menys impacte ambiental.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Com m\u00e9s a prop millor! Els productes locals i de temporada s\u00f3n m\u00e9s respectuosos amb el medi ambient.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan cuines tu, en lloc de comprar menjars processats i envasats, \u00e9s m\u00e9s sa i no es generen tants residus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La fruita tota sencera. Es mant\u00e9 m\u00e9s temps en bon estat i evitem utilitzar embolcalls innecessaris d\u2019un sol \u00fas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Residu zero? Ho pots aconseguir comprant a granel i utilitzant els teus recipients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No hi ha res com el vidre! Es pot reutilitzar, reciclar i \u00e9s molt m\u00e9s sostenible que les llaunes, el pl\u00e0stic i els tetrabriks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No cal acumular i tenir el rebost ple a vessar! En tindr\u00e0s prou comprant la quantitat d\u2019aliments que realment et menjar\u00e0s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Els aliments que es fan malb\u00e9 m\u00e9s aviat, els primers a ser menjats. Tenir el rebost i el frigor\u00edfic ben endre\u00e7ats et facilitar\u00e0 la feina.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Saps com conservar m\u00e9s temps els aliments en bon estat a la nevera? Els derivats l\u00e0ctics i els embotits, millor al prestatge superior de la nevera. La carn i el peix, a l\u2019inferior.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tom\u00e0quets, enciams\u2026, un hortet a casa teva? T&#8217;ajudar\u00e0 a relaxar-te i a menjar m\u00e9s sa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>T&#8217;ha sobrat menjar? Doncs no el llencis! \u00c9s un bon moment per ser imaginatiu i experimentar amb receptes de reaprofitament.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Has provat mai de fer les teves melmelades i conserves? Aix\u00ed aprofitar\u00e0s al m\u00e0xim els aliments i no en malbaratar\u00e0s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A la cuina, tamb\u00e9 s\u2019estalvia energia. Posa la tapa a l\u2019olla, i apaga el foc uns minuts abans per deixar reposar el menjar. Molt f\u00e0cil i barat!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si el forn ja \u00e9s calent, es pot aprofitar per fer m\u00e9s d\u2019un \u00e0pat.
