{"id":54350,"date":"2023-12-12T10:04:22","date_gmt":"2023-12-12T10:04:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ub.edu\/ossma?p=54350"},"modified":"2025-01-07T09:06:41","modified_gmt":"2025-01-07T09:06:41","slug":"la-marato-de-tv3-salut-sexual-i-reproductiva","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ub.edu\/ossma\/en\/actualitat-medicina-del-treball\/la-marato-de-tv3-salut-sexual-i-reproductiva","title":{"rendered":"La Marat\u00f3 de TV3: Salut Sexual i Reproductiva"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Universitat de Barcelona  a trav\u00e9s  de l&#8217;Oficina de Seguretat, Salut i Medi Ambient &#8211; OSSMA-  s\u2019adhereix  a la tem\u00e0tica d\u2019enguany de la Marat\u00f3 de TV3 sobre la &#8220;Salut Sexual i Reproductiva&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per aquest motiu, participa  des del Servei M\u00e8dic, en coordinaci\u00f3 amb el Servei d\u2019Esports de la Universitat, assenyalant la import\u00e0ncia de prevenir una patologia, no sempre coneguda, com \u00e9s la derivada del s\u00f2l pelvi\u00e0, mitjan\u00e7ant la posada en marxa d\u2019uns exercicis senzills que es poden realitzar per tots els g\u00e8neres i a totes les edats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A continuaci\u00f3 us proposem unes recomanacions del Servei M\u00e8dic i un  <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ub.edu\/ubtv\/video\/sol-pelvia\">v\u00eddeo realitzat pel Servei d&#8217;Esports de la Universitat per treballar el <strong>s\u00f2l pelvi\u00e0<\/strong><\/a><strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"https:\/\/despresdelcancer.cat\/index.php\/sol-pelvia-aliat-combatre-incontinencia-urinaria-disfuncio-sexual\/\">El s\u00f2l pelvi\u00e0: un aliat per combatre la incontin\u00e8ncia i la disfunci\u00f3 sexual<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c9s un conjunt de m\u00fasculs i lligaments que tanquen la cavitat abdominal. En els homes, envolta uretra i recte, mentre que en la dona envolta tamb\u00e9 la vagina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La seva principal funci\u00f3 \u00e9s la de sostenir els \u00f2rgans pelvians, interv\u00e9 tamb\u00e9 en altres processos fisiol\u00f2gics com:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Funci\u00f3<\/strong> <strong>de<\/strong> <strong>contin\u00e8ncia<\/strong>: \u00e9s necessari pel bon funcionament dels processos de <strong>micci\u00f3 i<\/strong> <strong>defecaci\u00f3<\/strong>, ja que exerceix control sobre els esf\u00ednters uretral i anal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Funci\u00f3<\/strong> <strong>reproductiva<\/strong>: en les dones, el moviment dels m\u00fasculs del s\u00f2l pelvi\u00e0 \u00e9s imprescindible per l\u2019embar\u00e0s el part.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Funci\u00f3<\/strong> <strong>sexual<\/strong>: una bona tonificaci\u00f3 de la musculatura del s\u00f2l pelvi\u00e0 millora la qualitat de les <strong>relacions<\/strong> <strong>sexuals<\/strong>. En dones \u00e9s necessari per la <strong>sensibilitat<\/strong> <strong>vaginal<\/strong>, mentre que als homes contribueix en el proc\u00e9s de <strong>l\u2019ejaculaci\u00f3<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les causes m\u00e9s habituals d\u2019un s\u00f2l pelvi\u00e0 feble s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wundertraining.com\/ca\/enfortir-sol-pelvia-romandre-assegut-treball\/\"><strong>Romandre assegut durant moltes hores<\/strong><\/a>, mantenir, males postures, retenir molt temps l\u2019orina i emp\u00e8nyer amb for\u00e7a per buidar la bufeta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Aixecar grans pesos:<\/strong> la c\u00e0rrega de pesos augmenta la pressi\u00f3 sobre el s\u00f2l pelvi\u00e0.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Esports d\u2019alt impacte:<\/strong> especialment aquells en els quals els salts o c\u00f3rrer s\u00f3n moviments habituals i fins i tot repetitius, com poden ser en el b\u00e0squet, el voleibol, el cross-fit, etc. Si enforteixes els m\u00fasculs pelvians, s\u2019evitar\u00e0 el possible mal d\u2019aquests impactes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>El restrenyiment<\/strong>: un esfor\u00e7 intens i continuat a l\u2019hora de defecar pot ser tamb\u00e9 un causant de l\u2019afebliment del s\u00f2l pelvi\u00e0. En aquests casos, recomanem anar al metge per valorar les causes del restrenyiment i com evitar-lo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>El sobrep\u00e8s i l\u2019obesitat<\/strong>: l\u2019exc\u00e9s de pes exerceix una major sobrec\u00e0rrega en el s\u00f2l pelvi\u00e0 que, amb el temps, s\u2019afeblir\u00e0. A m\u00e9s de realitzar exercicis d\u2019enfortiment muscular del s\u00f2l pelvi\u00e0, recomanem consultar amb un nutricionista per iniciar una dieta que permeti a la persona reduir el seu pes de forma saludable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>La tos cr\u00f2nica.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>L\u2019embar\u00e0s i el part vaginal.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>L\u2019edat i la menopausa:<\/strong> els m\u00fasculs s\u2019afebleixen de forma natural amb el pas dels anys si no fem res per evitar-ho, efecte que en les dones s\u2019incrementa amb la menopausa, ja que els canvis hormonals que es produeixen en aquesta fase vital tamb\u00e9 afebleixen els teixits musculars.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Raons per enfortir el s\u00f2l pelvi\u00e0:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Per evitar la incontin\u00e8ncia urin\u00e0ria, fins i tot en situacions com riure, esternudar, tenir tos o durant l\u2019activitat f\u00edsica.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per mantenir una postura allargada. El s\u00f2l pelvi\u00e0 s\u2019associa als m\u00fasculs de l\u2019abdomen, els glutis, cuixes i esquena per mantenir-nos estables.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per millorar l\u2019estructura muscular del s\u00f2l pelvi\u00e0 abans i despr\u00e9s de l\u2019embar\u00e0s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per millorar el plaer sexual i reduir problemes de disfunci\u00f3 er\u00e8ctil.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si es practiquen esports, sobretot d\u2019alt impacte, que s\u00f3n aquells on hi ha com a mecanisme el salt, <strong>\u00e9s recomanable incorporar despr\u00e9s de les sessions d\u2019entrenament, exercicis que reforcin el s\u00f2l pelvi\u00e0<\/strong>. Els exercicis m\u00e9s adequats s\u00f3n els exercicis de Kegel, per\u00f2 altres exemples d\u2019aquests exercicis s\u00f3n: ioga, pilates o abdominals hipopressius.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per evitar aquests problemes, existeixen un seguit de recomanacions molt senzilles que cal seguir durant la jornada laboral, com estar atents a la postura que adoptem i aixecar-se i fer un petit passeig per l\u2019oficina cada hora, la qual cosa ens ajudar\u00e0 a estirar les cames i descomprimir els m\u00fasculs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No obstant aix\u00f2, per assegurar-nos de mantenir a ratlla els problemes de salut derivats de romandre asseguts moltes hores, \u00e9s necessari compensar la inactivitat f\u00edsica amb un entrenament regular.
