Elaboraci\u00f3 pr\u00f2pia.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s recomanable la conducci\u00f3 a baixes revolucions, ja que aix\u00ed disminueix la contaminaci\u00f3 ac\u00fastica que produeix el vehicle. Per exemple, un cotxe a 4.000 rpm fa el mateix soroll que 32 cotxes a 2.000 rpm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A m\u00e9s, els beneficis de la conducci\u00f3 eficient no s\u00f3n nom\u00e9s econ\u00f2mics o ambientals, sin\u00f3 que tamb\u00e9 tenen relaci\u00f3 amb l&#8217;increment de la seguretat vial, reducci\u00f3 de l&#8217;estr\u00e8s i augment del confort del conductor i passatgers, i reducci\u00f3 dels costos de manteniment del vehicle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De totes maneres, no hem d&#8217;oblidar que hem d&#8217;utilitzar el cotxe nom\u00e9s en aquells casos en els quals no existeixi una alternativa per despla\u00e7ar-se en transport p\u00fablic o bicicleta, realitzar el manteniment i revisions adequades per al bon funcionament del vehicle, i que en cas que h\u00e0gim de comprar un vehicle nou, cal valorar totes les opcions i escollir la que s&#8217;adapti millor a les nostres necessitats reals, prioritzant els <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ub.edu\/ossma\/actualitat-medi-ambient\/que-hem-de-saber-si-volem-comprar-un-cotxe-eco2-0-4-2\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"5377\">vehicles m\u00e9s eficients, amb menor consum i emissions m\u00e9s baixes<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns destacat is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Com podem realitzar una conducci\u00f3 eficient?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Quan hagis d&#8217;arrencar el motor del teu cotxe, fes-ho sense pr\u00e9mer l&#8217;accelerador i inicia la marxa immediatament despr\u00e9s d&#8217;arrencar-lo. En motors turboalimentats es recomana esperar uns segons abans de comen\u00e7ar la marxa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utilitza la primera marxa nom\u00e9s per posar en moviment el vehicle, i canvia de seguida a la segona marxa (aproximadament despr\u00e9s de 2 segons o 6 metres).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En els vehicles de motor di\u00e8sel, canvia la marxa entre les 1.500-2.000 revolucions per minut, mentre que en els motors de benzina \u00e9s preferible esperar fins a les 2.000-2.500.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Intenta circular amb les marxes m\u00e9s llargues possibles i a revolucions baixes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Condueix de forma uniforme i fluida, evitant frenades, acceleracions i canvis de marxes innecess\u00e0ries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan hagis de reduir la velocitat, \u00e9s millor aixecar el peu de l&#8217;accelerador i deixar rodar el cotxe amb la marxa que tingui en aquell moment.
