I de la mobilitat sostenible? Per\u00f2&#8230;per qu\u00e8 sempre diem que el vehicle privat motoritzat \u00e9s m\u00e9s ineficient que la resta de mitjans de transport?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un dels principals motius \u00e9s la <strong>baixa taxa d&#8217;ocupaci\u00f3<\/strong> dels cotxes i les motos. Tot i que ja fa uns anys que s&#8217;est\u00e0 promovent compartir els trajectes amb altres viatgers, encara avui en dia la majoria dels cotxes circulen amb un \u00fanic ocupant. Segons la <a href=\"https:\/\/transportpublic.org\/divulgacio-ptp-com-calculem-locupacio-al-transport-public\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Plataforma Promoci\u00f3 del Transport P\u00fablic (PTP)<\/a>, l&#8217;ocupaci\u00f3 mitjana del cotxe \u00e9s de nom\u00e9s 1,18 passatgers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per un altre costat est\u00e0 la <strong>inefici\u00e8ncia del funcionament del vehicle<\/strong>. Quan engeguem el motor tenen lloc diferents reaccions qu\u00edmiques, i de la combusti\u00f3 parcial o incompleta del carburant s&#8217;emeten diversos contaminants i gasos d&#8217;efecte hivernacle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1280\" height=\"720\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ub.edu\/ossma\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/enumeraciodelsdiferentscontaminantspresentsenelnostrediaadia.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5925\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ub.edu\/ossma\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/enumeraciodelsdiferentscontaminantspresentsenelnostrediaadia.jpg 1280w, https:\/\/www.ub.edu\/ossma\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/enumeraciodelsdiferentscontaminantspresentsenelnostrediaadia-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.ub.edu\/ossma\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/enumeraciodelsdiferentscontaminantspresentsenelnostrediaadia-1024x576.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1280px) 100vw, 1280px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La <a href=\"http:\/\/www.euro.who.int\/__data\/assets\/pdf_file\/0004\/193108\/REVIHAAP-Final-technical-report-final-version.pdf?ua=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">llista de contaminants<\/a> \u00e9s bastant extensa i les conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies negatives per a la salut de les persones i el medi ambient tamb\u00e9:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; <strong>hidrocarburs (HC<sub>s<\/sub>)<\/strong>, <strong>mon\u00f2xid de carboni (CO)<\/strong>, i <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ub.edu\/ossma\/medi-ambient\/les-microparticules-de-laire-eco2-0-23-2\/\">part\u00edcules en suspensi\u00f3<\/a> (PM<sub>10<\/sub> i PM<sub>2,5<\/sub>)<\/strong>, que provoquen problemes cardiovasculars, respiratoris, irritaci\u00f3 dels ulls, i s\u00f3n factor de risc per desenvolupar c\u00e0ncer;<br>&#8211; <strong>di\u00f2xid de carboni (CO<sub>2<\/sub>)<\/strong>, que amplifica l&#8217;efecte hivernacle i influeix en el canvi clim\u00e0tic;<br>&#8211; <strong>\u00f2xids de nitrogen (NO<sub>x<\/sub>)<\/strong>, en l&#8217;acidificaci\u00f3 i eutrofitzaci\u00f3 de s\u00f2ls i aig\u00fces;<br>&#8211; <strong>di\u00f2xid de sulfur (SO<sub>2<\/sub>)<\/strong>, que provoca sobretot problemes respiratoris;<br>&#8211; <strong>dioxines<\/strong>, <strong>furans<\/strong> i <strong>hidrocarburs arom\u00e0tics polic\u00edclics (PHA<sub>s<\/sub>)<\/strong> com el benzo(a)pir\u00e8 (BaP), que s\u00f3n carcinog\u00e8nics;<br>&#8211; <strong>metalls pesants<\/strong> (plom, ars\u00e8nic, cadmi, coure, crom, mercuri, n\u00edquel, seleni i zinc), que afecten al sistema nervi\u00f3s central, al sistema cardiovascular, i augmenten el risc de desenvolupar c\u00e0ncer;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aquests contaminants primaris poden crear altres contaminants secundaris a trav\u00e9s de reaccions qu\u00edmiques, com ara <strong>oz\u00f3 troposf\u00e8ric (O<sub>3<\/sub>)<\/strong>. A difer\u00e8ncia de l&#8217;oz\u00f3 estratosf\u00e8ric que ens protegeix de la radiaci\u00f3 solar, l&#8217;oz\u00f3 troposf\u00e8ric es troba en superf\u00edcie i provoca irritaci\u00f3 dels ulls i de les vies respirat\u00f2ries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No totes les emissions associades al tr\u00e0nsit provenen del tub d&#8217;escapament. Quan un vehicle circula tamb\u00e9 s&#8217;emeten part\u00edcules en suspensi\u00f3 per la fricci\u00f3 dels neum\u00e0tics sobre l&#8217;asfalt, l&#8217;\u00fas dels frens i de l&#8217;embragatge, i la corrosi\u00f3 del xass\u00eds i les diferents parts del vehicle. Per\u00f2 el m\u00e9s sorprenent \u00e9s que tamb\u00e9 s&#8217;emeten contaminants quan el cotxe est\u00e0 aparcat i amb el motor apagat, per l&#8217;evaporaci\u00f3 del carburant que hi ha dins del dip\u00f2sit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A part dels efectes sobre la salut que hem descrit, s&#8217;han trobat evidencies de l&#8217;afectaci\u00f3 sobre el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.isglobal.org\/new\/-\/asset_publisher\/JZ9fGljXnWpI\/content\/la-exposicion-a-la-contaminacion-atmosferica-en-el-trayecto-a-la-escuela-perjudica-a-la-memoria-de-trabajo-de-los-ninos\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">desenvolupament cognitiu dels infants<\/a>, aix\u00ed com sobre la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eea.europa.eu\/publications\/air-quality-in-europe-2016\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">fertilitat, l&#8217;embar\u00e0s, la diabetis, l&#8217;obesitat i la dem\u00e8ncia<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A part de la contribuci\u00f3 a la contaminaci\u00f3 atmosf\u00e8rica, el tr\u00e0nsit rodat tamb\u00e9 genera <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ub.edu\/ossma\/medi-ambient\/la-contaminacio-acustica-reduir-el-soroll-per-millorar-la-salut-eco2-0-14-2\/\">contaminaci\u00f3 ac\u00fastica<\/a> i augmenta el risc d&#8217;accidents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Els col\u00b7lectius m\u00e9s vulnerables, com ara infants, gent gran, embarassades i persones amb patologies pr\u00e8vies seran els que es veuran m\u00e9s afectats, per\u00f2 es tracta d&#8217;un problema que afecta a la qualitat i esperan\u00e7a de vida de tota la poblaci\u00f3 en general.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code><div id=\"destacat\">\n<h2>Com podem reduir l'exposici\u00f3 als contaminants atmosf\u00e8rics a la ciutat?<\/h2><ul>\n<li>Evitant fer exercici f\u00edsic en les hores de m\u00e9s tr\u00e0nsit i els dies d'<a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/ajuntament.barcelona.cat\/qualitataire\/ca\/episodis\" target=\"_blank\">episodis de contaminaci\u00f3<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Planificant una ruta per caminar per les zones menys contaminades, triant els carrers amb menys tr\u00e0nsit i m\u00e9s espais verds.<\/li>\n<li>Ventilant els espais tancats, com l'oficina o la llar, en les hores amb menys tr\u00e0nsit.<\/li>\n<li>Evitant, sempre que sigui possible, estar a prop dels tubs d'escapament.<\/li>\n<li>Apagant el motor del vehicle quan estem m\u00e9s de 2 minuts parats.<\/li>\n<li>Realitzant una <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ub.edu\/ossma\/medi-ambient\/la-conduccio-eficient-conduir-estalviant-eco2-0-32-2\/\">conducci\u00f3 eficient<\/a> i un bon manteniment del vehicle.<\/li>\n<li>Ajustant adequadament la pressi\u00f3 dels pneum\u00e0tics per reduir les emissions de part\u00edcules.<\/li>\n<li>Utilitzant el transport p\u00fablic, o encara millor...despla\u00e7ant-te a peu, amb bici o patinet.<\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/code><\/pre>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">M\u00e9s informaci\u00f3&#8230;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eea.europa.eu\/publications\/explaining-road-transport-emissions\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Explaining road transport emissions: a non-technical guide<\/a>.
