{"id":97997,"date":"2026-03-13T00:55:00","date_gmt":"2026-03-13T00:55:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ub.edu\/ossma?p=97997"},"modified":"2026-03-13T08:34:17","modified_gmt":"2026-03-13T08:34:17","slug":"lossma-informa-13","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ub.edu\/ossma\/en\/actualitat-atencio-social\/lossma-informa-13","title":{"rendered":"L&#8217;OSSMA informa"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avui dia 13 de mar\u00e7, des de l&#8217;Oficina de Seguretat, Salut i Medi Ambient (OSSMA) es vol donar visibilitat al <strong>Dia Mundia<\/strong>l <strong>del Son.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aquest esdeveniment, promogut per la <a href=\"https:\/\/worldsleepday.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">World Sleep Society (WCC)<\/a>, se celebra cada any el divendres anterior a l&#8217;equinocci de primavera, amb l&#8217;objectiu de posar de manifest la import\u00e0ncia del son en la salut i el benestar de les persones. El tema de la campanya del 2026 \u00e9s: &#8220;Dorm b\u00e9, viu millor&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El son \u00e9s un proc\u00e9s biol\u00f2gic complex que ajuda les persones a mantenir-se sanes. Es caracteritza pels canvis en l&#8217;activitat cerebral, la respiraci\u00f3, el ritme card\u00edac, la temperatura corporal i altres funcions fisiol\u00f2giques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uns bons h\u00e0bits d&#8217;higiene del son inclouen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mantenir uns horaris regulars a l&#8217;hora d&#8217;anar a dormir i de llevar-se.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Limitar la durada de les migdiades a un m\u00e0xim de 45 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evitar, abans d&#8217;anar a dormir: les begudes excitants (caf\u00e8, te, refrescos, alcohol\u2026), el consum de tabac, els \u00e0pats pesats, greixosos, picants o amb exc\u00e9s de sucre, i l&#8217;\u00fas de pantalles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fer exercici di\u00e0riament.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dormir en un entorn saludable: en una habitaci\u00f3 que nom\u00e9s s&#8217;utilitzi per descansar, amb bones condicions de temperatura, llum i soroll, en un llit confortable i amb roba c\u00f2moda.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per a m\u00e9s informaci\u00f3:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/canalsalut.gencat.cat\/ca\/actualitat\/dies-mundials\/son\/\">Gencat.
