Gener 2023<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019any nou ja \u00e9s aqu\u00ed i el solem comen\u00e7ar amb nous prop\u00f2sits. Un dels m\u00e9s habituals, juntament amb el de fer m\u00e9s exercici o deixar el tabac, \u00e9s el de seguir una dieta m\u00e9s sana i saludable. L\u2019alimentaci\u00f3 \u00e9s un factor clau en la prevenci\u00f3 del c\u00e0ncer. Segons el Codi europeu contra el c\u00e0ncer, est\u00e0 demostrat que es<strong> pot reduir en un 18 % el risc de patir la malaltia si se segueix una alimentaci\u00f3 saludable, es practica exercici f\u00edsic di\u00e0riament i es mant\u00e9 un pes adequat<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La dieta mediterr\u00e0nia \u00e9s una de les m\u00e9s recomanades pels especialistes perqu\u00e8, segons una gran quantitat d\u2019estudis, \u00e9s una de les millors per reduir el risc de c\u00e0ncer, ja que mant\u00e9 un equilibri a l\u2019hora de distribuir els \u00e0pats i els aliments.
