Febrer 2024<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entre les recomanacions recollides dins del Codi europeu contra el c\u00e0ncer per &nbsp;incorporar l\u2019activitat f\u00edsica a l\u2019estil de vida hi ha fer exercici di\u00e0riament i limitar el temps que estem asseguts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mantenir-se actiu f\u00edsicament disminueix directament el risc de patir fins a sis tipus de c\u00e0ncer \u2014com el c\u00e0ncer de mama, c\u00f2lon, endometri, bufeta, es\u00f2fag i est\u00f3mac\u2014, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 disminueix indirectament el risc de patir fins a dotze tipus de c\u00e0ncer associats al sobrep\u00e8s i a l\u2019obesitat perqu\u00e8 ajuda a promoure un pes saludable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aix\u00ed, doncs, l\u2019Organitzaci\u00f3 Mundial de la Salut recomana a la poblaci\u00f3 adulta <strong>fer un m\u00ednim de 150&nbsp;minuts setmanals d\u2019alguna activitat moderada<\/strong> \u2014per exemple, caminar a bon ritme o anar amb bicicleta\u2014 <strong>o b\u00e9 fer un m\u00ednim de 75&nbsp;minuts setmanals d\u2019una activitat m\u00e9s intensa <\/strong>\u2014com ara c\u00f3rrer o nedar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u00f2gicament, com m\u00e9s estona es faci activitat o exercici f\u00edsic, m\u00e9s gran ser\u00e0 el benefici.
