{"id":35900,"date":"2022-02-11T11:31:48","date_gmt":"2022-02-11T11:31:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ub.edu\/ossma?p=35900"},"modified":"2023-02-22T07:35:16","modified_gmt":"2023-02-22T07:35:16","slug":"la-importancia-de-mantenir-un-pes-saludable","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ub.edu\/ossma\/actualitat-atencio-social\/la-importancia-de-mantenir-un-pes-saludable","title":{"rendered":"La import\u00e0ncia de mantenir un pes saludable\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns has-white-color has-text-color has-background is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\" style=\"background-color:#26c148\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\"><em><strong>Programa Solidaritat a l&#8217;Empresa<\/strong> Febrer 202<\/em>2<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El consell saludable del mes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>LA IMPORT\u00c0NCIA DE MANTENIR UN PES SALUDABLE<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La teva salut, primer<br>Febrer 2022<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segons el Codi europeu contra el c\u00e0ncer, est\u00e0 demostrat que, amb una alimentaci\u00f3 sana, practicant exercici f\u00edsic di\u00e0riament i mantenint un pes saludable, es pot reduir en un 18&nbsp;% el risc de patir c\u00e0ncer.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Els consells dels experts assenyalen que cal evitar els aliments que afavoreixen l\u2019augment de pes; practicar una activitat f\u00edsica moderada durant almenys 30 minuts diaris; consumir preferentment aliments d\u2019origen vegetal; i limitar els consums de carn vermella i el de begudes alcoh\u00f2liques.<br>Els dubtes sorgeixen a l\u2019hora de determinar quin \u00e9s el pes saludable per a cada persona, ja que dep\u00e8n de diversos factors que <a href=\"https:\/\/www.contraelcancer.es\/es\/todo-sobre-cancer\/prevencion-cancer\/importancia-mantener-peso-saludable\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">t\u2019expliquem a l\u2019article seg\u00fcent<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Beneficis de l&#8217;activitat f\u00edsica<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Un dels factors clau a l\u2019hora de mantenir un pes saludable \u00e9s l\u2019activitat f\u00edsica. L\u2019Organitzaci\u00f3 Mundial de la Salut recomana un m\u00ednim de 150 minuts d\u2019activitat f\u00edsica moderada a la setmana, que equival a caminar a pas r\u00e0pid, durant mitja hora, cinc dies a la setmana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les estimacions assenyalen que entre el 30 i el 40&nbsp;% de la poblaci\u00f3 adulta espanyola \u00e9s sedent\u00e0ria, \u00e9s a dir, fa activitat f\u00edsica amb poca freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia. Tanmateix, la pr\u00e0ctica de l\u2019exercici f\u00edsic \u00e9s fonamental per millorar la nostra qualitat de vida.
