Durant aquests dies, el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ub.edu\/esports\/xxiv-setmana-sense-fum-25-31-de-maig-de-2023\/\">Servei d\u2019Esports<\/a> juntament amb la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.icoprevencio.cat\/uct\/\">Unitat Control del Tabac<\/a> (UCT) i <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ub.edu\/ossma\/\">l\u2019Oficina de Seguretat, Salut i Medi Ambient (OSSMA<\/a>) us oferiran una s\u00e8rie d\u2019activitats i serveis per fomentar un estil de vida sense fum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dia 25 de maig &#8211; Servei d&#8217;Esports<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Servei d\u2019Esports de la Universitat de Barcelona us proposa una s\u00e8rie d\u2019activitats per posar a prova la vostra capacitat pulmonar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Running:<\/strong> sessi\u00f3 de 19 a 20:30&nbsp;h per a la millora de la capacitat respirat\u00f2ria i VO2max (intervals, s\u00e8ries, hitt, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Spinning:<\/strong> sessi\u00f3 d\u2019intensitats altes amb intervals i velocitats altes. De 18:00 a 19:00 h.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Grit C\u00e0rdio a la sala de fitnes:<\/strong> sessi\u00f3 d\u2019alta intensitat a la nostra sala de fitnes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>El dijous <strong>25 de maig a les 13 hores<\/strong>, se celebra una nova sessi\u00f3 del cicle &#8220;<strong>Dijous de Salut P\u00fablica&#8221; <\/strong>amb el t\u00edtol <strong>\u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/salutpublica.gencat.cat\/ca\/detalls\/Article\/230329-platges-no-fum\">Platges sense fum: experi\u00e8ncies i evoluci\u00f3 a Catalunya<\/a>\u201d.<\/strong> La sessi\u00f3 vol donar a con\u00e8ixer diferents experi\u00e8ncies i propostes de futur en la promoci\u00f3 de platges lliures de fum i residus del tabac a Catalunya, i es pot seguir de manera presencial o, en el cas que no sigui possible assistir-hi, tamb\u00e9 virtualment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/canalsalut.gencat.cat\/ca\/forms\/activitats-fc-externes-sgodp-fe\/dijous-sp-sessio-platges-sense-fum\/index.html\">Registra\u2019t aqu\u00ed!<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Del 29 al 31 de maig &#8211; OSSMA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durant la Setmana Sense Fum, l\u2019OSSMA (Carrer d\u2019Adolf Florensa, 8, 08028 Barcelona) i el Servei d\u2019Esports t\u2019oferiran <strong>l\u2019oportunitat de realitzar diverses proves i tests relacionats amb la depend\u00e8ncia tab\u00e0quica a l\u2019OSSMA.<\/strong> Entre aquestes, es duran a terme espirometries, mesurament de saturaci\u00f3 d\u2019oxigen i tests de depend\u00e8ncia tab\u00e0quica. A m\u00e9s, es realitzar\u00e0 un taller de respiraci\u00f3 i es donaran assessoraments sobre exercicis adequats per a millorar la capacitat pulmonar. <strong>Aquestes activitats es faran del 29 al 31 de maig en horari de 12:00 a 14:00 hores.<\/strong> Exemples d\u2019exercicis:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Exercicis de respiraci\u00f3 profunda: Aquest exercici senzill augmenta la capacitat pulmonar. Asseu o estira\u2019t c\u00f2modament, respira lentament i profundament pel nas, omplint els pulmons completament. Mantingues la respiraci\u00f3 durant uns segons i exhala lentament per la boca.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Respiraci\u00f3 diafragm\u00e0tica: Aquest exercici utilitza el diafragma per a una respiraci\u00f3 completa. Asseu o estira\u2019t i posa una m\u00e0 al pit i l\u2019altra a la panxa. Respira lentament pel nas, sentint la panxa pujar, i exhala per la boca, sentint la panxa baixar. Realitza aquest exercici durant 5-10 minuts al dia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Respiraci\u00f3 amb llavis arrissats: Aquest exercici millora la respiraci\u00f3 i redueix la falta d\u2019aire. Respira pel nas durant dos segons, despr\u00e9s arrissa els llavis com si anessis a xiular i expira lent<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>31 de maig  &#8211; Campus Bellvitge<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El dia 31 de maig de 10:00 a 13:30 hores, a l\u2019espai del Campus Bellvitge,<\/strong> realitzaran una taula informativa on tindr\u00e0s l\u2019oportunitat de <strong>con\u00e8ixer m\u00e9s sobre la depend\u00e8ncia del tabac i realitzar una avaluaci\u00f3 amb el carbox\u00edmetre.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019espai assignat queda entre els dos edificis de la Universitat a Bellvitge. Entre l\u2019edifici de l\u2019Aulari i l\u2019edifici del Pavell\u00f3 de Govern. \u00c9s una zona de pas, just davant del p\u00e0rquing i a la sortida del Metro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aix\u00ed mateix, <strong>des de les 10:00 fins a les 13:00 hores<\/strong>, coordinat amb un t\u00e8cnic del Servei d\u2019Esports, <strong>farem una activitat f\u00edsica de tipus cardiovascular, amb diferents intensitats i durades<\/strong> de 5 a 15 minuts. Aquests exercicis serviran per mesurar la vostra capacitat pulmonar.
