Setembre 2024<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les directrius de l\u2019Organitzaci\u00f3 Mundial de la Salut sobre activitat f\u00edsica i comportaments sedentaris en persones adultes recomanen almenys 150-300 minuts d\u2019activitat f\u00edsica aer\u00f2bica d&#8217;intensitat moderada o almenys 75-150 minuts d&#8217;activitat f\u00edsica aer\u00f2bica d\u2019intensitat vigorosa \u2014o b\u00e9 una combinaci\u00f3 de totes dues a la setmana.
