Febrer 2025<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El processament dels aliments no \u00e9s una cosa nova; hi ha molts aliments que, des de fa molt de temps, es processen per prolongar-ne la conservaci\u00f3 o modificar-ne el gust i l\u2019aparen\u00e7a, com passa amb la llet, el iogurt, el pa o les conserves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Actualment, els termes <em>processat<\/em> o <em>ultraprocessat<\/em> han adquirit una connotaci\u00f3 negativa, principalment a causa dels efectes observats sobre la salut a conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia del consum, especialment<ins>,<\/ins> d\u2019aquests darrers productes. La incorporaci\u00f3 d\u2019ingredients de baixa qualitat nutricional, econ\u00f2mics i, de vegades, perjudicials per a la salut, els ha posat al centre d\u2019atenci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Els efectes principals sobre la salut s\u00f3n el sobrep\u00e8s i l\u2019obesitat, ja que\u00a0solen ser productes molt cal\u00f2rics, amb calories de poc valor nutritiu. Aquests aliments estan associats amb una acumulaci\u00f3 m\u00e9s important de greix abdominal i un increment del per\u00edmetre de la cintura. Tamb\u00e9 poden augmentar el risc de diabetis i hipercolesterol\u00e8mia, at\u00e8s que els greixos que contenen solen ser de baixa qualitat i, sovint, es fan servir olis refinats.
