{"id":94744,"date":"2025-10-09T08:49:21","date_gmt":"2025-10-09T08:49:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ub.edu\/ossma?p=94744"},"modified":"2026-06-16T08:14:31","modified_gmt":"2026-06-16T08:14:31","slug":"estona-saludable","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ub.edu\/ossma\/actualitat-atencio-social\/estona-saludable","title":{"rendered":"Estona Saludable"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Universitat de Barcelona \u2013a trav\u00e9s de l\u2019Oficina de Seguretat, Salut i Medi Ambient-, ha obert un canal de difusi\u00f3 per tal que el personal UB comparteixi els projectes en mat\u00e8ria de seguretat, salut i medi ambient, amb tota la comunitat universit\u00e0ria.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El projecte al qual donem difusi\u00f3 en aquesta ocasi\u00f3 \u00e9s \u00abEstona saludable\u00bb que es compon de quatre c\u00e0psules, i que ha estat liderat per la Sra. Gema Marta Mart\u00ednez, PTGAS de la Universitat de Barcelona. Aquest projecte es va comen\u00e7ar a elaborar i fer p\u00fablic durant la pand\u00e8mia en el marc de la Universitat Saludable i es va continuar fent al llarg d\u2019un any, amb el prop\u00f2sit de millorar el benestar de les persones.\u202f A les c\u00e0psules trobareu t\u00e8cniques meditatives diverses perqu\u00e8 cada persona descobreixi la m\u00e9s id\u00f2nia per a ella, i tamb\u00e9 hi ha un treball corporal suau que ajudar\u00e0 a anar prenent consci\u00e8ncia del cos i de la nostra respiraci\u00f3, que \u00e9s una ajuda fonamental per fixar la nostra atenci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les c\u00e0psules posen especial \u00e8mfasi en la meditaci\u00f3. La meditaci\u00f3 \u00e9s una pr\u00e0ctica que ajuda a cultivar i desenvolupar algunes qualitats humanes, \u00e9s un cam\u00ed que ens ajuda a saber qui som. La ment est\u00e0 acostumada a controlar-te i li molesta que sigui a la inversa, hem de deixar que els pensaments i les emocions que passin per la nostra ment no ens controlin, no ens hem de permetre ser arrossegats per ells.\u202f\u202f&nbsp;No s\u2019ha de tenir pressa en aquest cam\u00ed, s\u2019ha d\u2019anar a poc a poc, amb entusiasme, alegria i molta voluntat, per adquirir un nou h\u00e0bit.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una cita que volem compartir \u00e9s la de la Dra.
