De esta forma, podr\u00e1n adquirir conocimientos de sus emociones y les ayudar\u00e1 a identificarlas en ellos y en sus hijos. Dotar a las familias de recursos y experiencias que les permitan regular y gestionar sus emociones y as\u00ed mismo poder transmitir esas estrategias a sus menores. Aceptar las emociones y respetarlas, comprender las situaciones y los contextos donde se producen, favorecer la empat\u00eda, el crecimiento personal y la autoestima. Y por supuesto, intentar promocionar y potenciar emociones positivas y prevenir los efectos de las negativas.
