In the last call, I led the application for a new emergent research group called <strong>\u201cPolarized light Applications &amp; Technologies (PLAT)\u201d<\/strong>, which was granted.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>I made a preliminary (under-construction) website of the group at: <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ub.edu\/plat\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.ub.edu\/plat<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>However, this (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mmpolarimetry.com\/\">www.mmpolarimetry.com<\/a>) personal website will of course continue to exist, as it already has a long history, offers more personal views on research topics, and is easier to update.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mmpolarimetry.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/plat-group.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-706\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mmpolarimetry.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/plat-group.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"541\" height=\"422\"\/><\/a><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Research in Catalan Universities is organized through Research Groups recognized by the Agency for Management of University and Research Grants (AGAUR).
