Una visi\u00f3 sobre l\u2019impacte de l\u2019educaci\u00f3 inicial dels docents \u00e9s essencial, per\u00f2 no l&#8217;\u00fanica. El projecte BORG va seguir un <strong>grup de 50 professors <\/strong>en formaci\u00f3 d\u2019ensenyament d\u2019angl\u00e8s a prim\u00e0ria dins del programa de formaci\u00f3 docent de la <span style=\"color: #00ccff;\"><strong>Universitat de Barcelona<\/strong><\/span>. Utilitzant innovadores mesures qualitatives durant l\u2019\u00faltim any d\u2019estudi dels professors, el projecte examinava la manera en qu\u00e8 les diferents experi\u00e8ncies de formaci\u00f3 del professorat impacten en les seves concepcions.
