-->\r\n\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\r\n\t<\/div><!-- .meteor-slides -->\r\n\t\r\n\t\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le groupe de recherche <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>PLURAL<\/strong><\/span> (<span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>Plurilinguismes Scolaires et Apprentissage des Langues<\/strong><\/span>) a ax\u00e9 ses premi\u00e8res recherches sur les croyances des enseignants, car il voulait explorer la mani\u00e8re dont ces derniers guident et dirigent leurs pratiques de classe. Ces travaux s\u2019inscrivent dans le paradigme de \u201cla pens\u00e9e de l&#8217;enseignant\u201d. En ce qui concerne les questions m\u00e9thodologiques, ce groupe a opt\u00e9 pour une recherche de type ethnographique qui l\u2019a conduit \u00e0 formuler des cat\u00e9gories d&#8217;analyse ad hoc pour l\u2019interpr\u00e9tation des donn\u00e9es obtenues \u00e0 partir d&#8217;entretiens, d\u2019observations de classe, des interviews de groupe, etc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gr\u00e2ce aux diff\u00e9rentes subventions obtenues, <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">PLURAL<\/span><\/strong> a exp\u00e9riment\u00e9 une \u00e9volution qui a eu des retomb\u00e9es aussi bien en interne qu\u2019en dehors du groupe. En interne, il faut souligner l&#8217;incorporation de jeunes chercheurs, des doctorants et l\u2019adoption de nouveaux axes recherche propos\u00e9s par les membres les plus v\u00e9t\u00e9rans du groupe. Pour ce qui est de l\u2019impact externe, il faut remarquer les publications et les communications dans des colloques (inter)nationaux ainsi que la collaboration avec d\u2019autres groupes de recherche, des travaux d\u2019expertise aupr\u00e8s de l\u2019\u00e9quivalent du Minist\u00e8re de l\u2019Education catalan (Departament d\u2019Ensenyament) ou directement dans des \u00e9tablissements du primaire et du secondaire, ainsi que des interventions en formation initiale et continue.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Alors que dans un premier temps le groupe <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>PLURAL<\/strong><\/span> tenait \u00e0 insister sur la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019appr\u00e9hender les syst\u00e8mes de repr\u00e9sentations, croyances et savoirs des enseignants et ses successives recherches, ainsi que le fait de les contraster continuellement avec la connaissance qui d\u00e9coule de la pratique, ont peu \u00e0 peu d\u00e9plac\u00e9 le regard du groupe qui s\u2019est progressivement tourn\u00e9 vers les processus de formation initiale et continue. D\u2019apr\u00e8s nous, ces processus de formation doivent, en m\u00eame temps :<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Encourager la <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>r\u00e9flexion sur l&#8217;action<\/strong><\/span>,<\/li>\n<li>Promouvoir la<span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"> <strong>r\u00e9flexion en action<\/strong><\/span>,<\/li>\n<li>Favoriser la <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>pens\u00e9e sur la r\u00e9flexion<\/strong><\/span>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il s\u2019agit, en d\u00e9finitive, de proposer des mod\u00e8les de formation qui rev\u00eatent une <strong>dimension op\u00e9rationnelle<\/strong>, <strong>didactique<\/strong> et <strong>d\u00e9lib\u00e9rative<\/strong>. \u00c0 cette fin, le groupe a puis\u00e9 dans les m\u00e9thodes de recherche employ\u00e9es depuis le d\u00e9but (entretiens, analyse des interactions de classe, r\u00e9cits de vie linguistique, par exemple) et a cherch\u00e9 \u00e0 renforcer l&#8217;utilisation d&#8217;autres m\u00e9thodes.
