PLANT BIOTECHNOLOGY: PHYTOCHEMICAL PRODUCTION

 

INTRODUCTION

The Plant Biotechnology: Phytochemical Production research group has extensive know-how in the development of cell culture- and plant organ-based biotechnology platforms for the production of secondary metabolites of interest for the chemical-pharmaceutical industry and the production of plant stem cells used directly as cosmetic ingredients. In this context, we have collaborated with several pharmaceutical and cosmetic companies in the industrial implementation of these techniques.
