Information for the student – Cultural Management

As a general rule, the assessment of learning outcomes and competences for a given subject may be either continuous or single (examination-based): Regulations on subject course plans and on the assessment and grading of learning outcomes (approved by the Governing Council on 8 May 2012).

Continuous assessment comprises the range of activities indicated in the course plan for the subject, which are evaluated progressively as the teaching-learning process progresses during the course.

In most cases students are also entitled to request single assessment, in which case they are withdrawn from the continuous assessment option. Specific details on single assessment are also given in the course plans for each subject.

Once the continuous assessment and single assessment periods have closed and the final grades have been published, a repeat assessment period is opened.
