The doctorate auto-registration focuses on doctoral students who continue their studies in the same doctoral programme

Requirements

Enrolment in the programme for the 2018-2019 academic year

An accepted research plan (PhD students who started the programme during the 2016-2017 academic year)

A favourable evaluation report and annual monitoring of the research plan for the 2016-2017 academic year

Term: September 2 to October 31.

IMPORTANT

For applicants who obtained a scholarship or aid, the face-to-face registration in the centre is sufficient; the corresponding exemption will be applied.

Applicants who wish to modify the director, tutor, line, PT/full time status and/or registration centre must register in person at the corresponding centre, attaching the necessary documentation. Please consult the registration information.

BEGIN AUTOREGISTRATION

NEW STUDENT ACCESS. Course 2019-2020

Applicants must request an appointment using the calendar to formalize the doctorate registration in the secretariat.

Place: Student and Teaching Office

Period:

First period: October 15 to October 31, 2019.
Second period: February 14 to March 13, 2020

Hours: Monday to Friday, 10 am to 1 pm
