Enrollment for students with Spanish qualifications

During mid-July, the student has to go to the Secretary of the faculty for the recognition of the degree and to be registered in the computer system.
The following documents are required:
• ID card or passport
• 2 color passport-size photos
• Photocopy of the bank document with the account number
• Original and copy of the title/certificate
• Original and copy of the Transcript of Records
Afterwards, you will have a meeting with the coordinator of the master. The date and hour will be given during the information session and via mail (museologia@ub.edu).
Finally, the payment of the tuition fees will be done online before the end of the month. It is important to remember that there is a limited period of time to pay the tuition. If the student does not do it, the registration will be cancelled.

Enrollment for students with foreign degrees

Whether the student arrives in July or in September, he/she has to go to the Secretary of the Faculty for the recognition of his/her title. The following documents are required:
• Spanish ID or passport
• 2 color passport-size photos
• Photocopy of the bank document with the account number
• Title, Transcript of  Records and the certificate of the Ministry of Education of your country that confirms that your studies give access to a master's degree. These three documents have to be legalized.
When the three original documents are legalized, the student has to get a certified copy at the Consulate or at the Spanish Embassy of his/her country (from the original document). In case of being already in Catalonia, the certifies copy is not mandatory because it can be done directly at the Secretary of the faculty when he/she brings the original documents.
Once the student has the certified copies, he/she has to send them to the Secretary of the faculty, together with the authorization application form to have access to the master with foreign degrees. This form will be provided at the moment of being accepted by the commission of admission.
If the documents are in other different languages ​​than Catalan, Spanish or English, the student has to attach the translation done by a sworn translator (the student can find a list in the Spanish Consulate of his/her country). These procedures have to be followed before the enrollment.
