A new postgraduate course, pioneer in Spain, shows the growing importance of the private European law

News | 21-11-2016

The Jean Monnet Chair of Private European Law of the Faculty of Law will teach the new postgraduate studies on private European law next January. The degree, pioneer in Spain, results from the growing impact that European regulation has in fields that affect citizenship, such as abusive clauses, legal guarantees in merchanting, e-content contracts or unfair commercial practices. According to the directors of the course, “in a moment when EU seems to be in crisis, the analysis and deep knowledge of European law and its advantages for the citizens are more necessary than ever”.
