Information for the student – Political Analysis and Institutional Assessment

Organization and teaching methodology

Most subjects are taught through a combination of face-to-face learning activities, directed learning and independent learning. Face-to-face sessions, which make up a third of the total study hours, are used to present and discuss the general content of the subject and to work through theoretical and applied practical problems. Directed learning consists of a range of activities set by the teaching staff, which students must complete, review and discuss.

Specific details of the subject content, teaching methodology and assessment systems are given in the corresponding course plan. In this section we present a general outline of the teaching methodologies used during the master's degree. More detailed descriptions will generally be given in the course plans for each subject.
