Today, February 13, the minister of Culture Laura Borràs has inaugurated the third edition of the postgraduate studies course of Reading Prescription of the Faculty of Library and Information Sciences, together with the dean of the Faculty Miquel Térmens.

Borràs has given a lecture on the power of words and poetry, in which she highlighted that “reading is like living more, it is living borrowed lives”. And she added that “reading always is reading us, because a book is like a mirror”. In the second part of the session, the writer Teresa Duran gave the talk “The challenge of reading”.

The course Reading Prescription is aimed at those people interested in reading promotion and who wish to have tools and knowledge to recommend the perfect book for every reader.
