Organization and teaching methodology
In general, courses are organized into in-person activities, guided work activities, and independent work activities. In-person sessions account for one third of the total number of hours dedicated to each course. Priority is given, in particular, to learning activities that foster expressive skills and abilities (through the development of written work — such as reports, papers, projects — participation in debates, or oral presentations), as well as other activities directly connected to technical and creative development.
The development of practical exercises and projects is planned with the goal of helping students acquire techniques and workflows both individually and, above all, in teams or groups. These activities are scheduled and organized either in the classroom or in specific technical facilities (in the form of lab work, computer-based work, document-related tasks, or simulated environments), as well as outside of them.
The Course Syllabus is the document that defines the core contents of each course, along with the methodology and assessment systems. Nevertheless, students are expected to consult the course programs, which are available on the virtual campus for each course, where the content, methodology, and assessment criteria are detailed:
