  • Be a student of the degree program to which the requested position is assigned and, if applicable, of the required course in the position description.
  • Have passed a minimum of 120 credits of the degree at the time of pre-registration.

  • Registration deadline for the call: March 20 - May 9, 2024
  • If the student has already identified himself on the UB Intranet, he must pre-register and pre-select offers in the call for places for "External curricular internships in Philology (2024-2025 course)".
  • Once the deadline for sending pre-selected offers has closed, the provisional allocation of places will proceed.

  • First, the student must identify himself with his username and password to start the session on GIPE, the internship management platform of the University of Barcelona.
  • Then click on the call for "Philology external curricular internships (2024-2025 course)".
  • Once you have consulted the information relating to these internships, you must click on "Pre-registration".
  • You can then see the offers of places, consult their characteristics (period, timetable, etc.) and make a pre-selection of the ones that interest you, up to a maximum of five.
  • The chosen offers can be saved and the final sorting done, according to the student's preferences, on the confirmation screen of the pre-selection made. All offers of places involve a total duration of 180 hours of practice (18 hours per week).
  • At the end of the process, the student can read a "preselection confirmed" message. Once the preselection has been submitted, it cannot be modified.
