The documentation required to get the acces to manage the self enrolment on line is:
- Academic record of UB students / academic certificate of other students.
- Title or proof of degree or equivalent.
Ways to present the documentation:
- If the signature of your degrees is digital/electronic, you must send it to the master's email: email@example.com with the subject: DOCUMENTACION MATRICULA 2023-2024 + name of the master.
- If the signature of your degree is handwritten,
- Fisrt send it by email ( firstname.lastname@example.org ), for a previous check and confirm what is need it. With the subject: DOCUMENTACION MATRICULA 2023-2024 + name of the master.
- Secondly, you must present THE ORIGINALS in person at the secretary, by a previous appointment
In case you can’t come in person. It is possible to send the originals by certificate mail, for verification to the secretary of the physics faculty. If you don’t’ want to send the originals by mail, you can ask for a CSV (Copy Security Validation) of your originals at the institution where you obtained the title.

Remember that, if you access the Master with foreign studies, start the legalization and/or translation to Catalan or Spanish (if it’s in english it’s not necessary) as soon as possible, since the process is long and it is necessary to have everything presented and validated before of the enrollment period.
In order to give you access to self-registration it is important to know that, if your studies are from outside the European community, we will need you to apostille or legalize the title of the degree and the academic record.
Once you have it all, you will have to send ir via email email@example.com with the subject: DOCUMENTACION MATRICULA 2023-2024 + name of the master.
And if it's not a digital documentation, you will have to present all the originals in the secretary of the faculty with a previous appointment.

The documentation have to be in Catalan/Spanish/English, if not, it must to be translated by a sworn translator into Spanish. The translator's registration number must appear in the translation and it must be signed by the translator.
At the time of submitting the documentation, the fee corresponding to the study of the documentation must be paid in the amount of €218.15
And finally, if you have finally decided not to take the master's degree, we would appreciate it if you let us know as soon as possible so that we can offer your place to other interested people.
