Resum: The goal of the presentation is to offer some considerations on the problem known as "fake science". Why are scientists involved in a process of cheating, fake results, scandalous actions etc., being far from the scientific moral? It is only the wish for rapid career and prestige awards?  Based on historical examples and events from the present days the lecture suggests some interesting answers.
