Professors Joan-Tom\u00e0s Pujola (UB coordinator) and Jaume Batlle collaborate in this Erasmus cooperation project of higher education institutions. The general objective of the digiTED@EU project is to promote and facilitate digitization among teacher educators in Europe by:<\/p>\n
1) Develop a hybrid program for professional development that enhances the digital skills, competencies and creativity of teacher educators; promote the preparation of trainers to teach online and to design and organize digital courses; and provide resources for evaluation.<\/p>\n
2) Empower teacher educators to be more engaged in their own learning and professional development around digital teacher competence<\/p>\n
3) Stimulate transnationality, interdisciplinarity and collaboration at all levels regarding the digital teaching practices of teacher educators.<\/p>\n
4) Promote the creation of a European Center for Digital Education.<\/p>\n
