The winner thesis in the 11th edition was \u2018Reflection Asymmetric Copulas with Tail Dependence\u2019, authored by Miquel S\u00e1nchez Costa and supervised by Catalina Bolanc\u00e9 (Riskcenter, UB).<\/p>\n<p>The ceremony of the 11th edition VidaCaixa-UB insurance awards was held at the Faculty of Economics and Business (UB) Barcelona on the 28nd of November. The welcoming address was given by Ram\u00f3n God\u00ednez (VidaCaixa) and Ramon Alemany (Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business, UB).
