Las nubes de puntos 3D se pueden adquirir a partir de: 1) Conjuntos de datos a\u00e9reos LIDAR para detectar cambios geomorfol\u00f3gicos en grandes \u00e1reas; 2) LiDAR terrestre (TLS) para obtener datos en paredes de pendiente cercana a la vertical; 3) Reconstrucci\u00f3n fotogram\u00e9trica mediante im\u00e1genes adquiridas con dispositivos fijos para aumentar la frecuencia de monitorizaci\u00f3n en sitios concretos; y 4) Reconstrucci\u00f3n fotogram\u00e9trica mediante dispositivos m\u00f3viles (UAV) para obtener DTM de alta resoluci\u00f3n en zonas relativamente amplias. Tenemos una larga experiencia en el desarrollo de m\u00e9todos para la detecci\u00f3n autom\u00e1tica de cambios en 3D a partir de LiDAR o nubes de puntos de fotogrametr\u00eda y modelos digitales de terreno (DTM), incluida la IA.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, hemos desarrollado m\u00e9todos para la detecci\u00f3n autom\u00e1tica y la caracterizaci\u00f3n din\u00e1mica de procesos como desprendimientos o aludes de nieve mediante se\u00f1ales s\u00edsmicas. La combinaci\u00f3n de t\u00e9cnicas diferentes y complementarias como LiDAR a\u00e9rea y terrestre, fotogrametr\u00eda de bajo coste y alta resoluci\u00f3n, y la sismolog\u00eda con el desarrollo de flujos de trabajo espec\u00edficos para el an\u00e1lisis de datos contribuyen a entender mejor la din\u00e1mica de los procesos geomorfol\u00f3gicos, a mejorar el an\u00e1lisis de peligros y a determinar estrategias de prevenci\u00f3n y protecci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Las herramientas de captura digital de afloramientos de que disponemos son dispositivos LiDARs (Light Detection and Ranging) de diferentes prestaciones (ILRIS 3D de la compa\u00f1\u00eda Teledyne y distintos modelos de la compa\u00f1\u00eda LIVOX), junto con c\u00e1maras digitales calibradas y no calibradas. Para la georeferenciaci\u00f3n de los datos digitales disponemos de aparatos de geoposicionamiento por DGPS (Differential Global Positioning System) de la compa\u00f1\u00eda TOPCON.<\/p>\n<p>Por s\u00ed sola, la captura digital de datos a veces ya se convierte en un desaf\u00edo importante. Pero, adem\u00e1s, el estudio de los procesos geol\u00f3gicos necesita procesar los datos adquiridos para aislar y extraer la informaci\u00f3n relevante para nuestro an\u00e1lisis y obtener conclusiones fiables basadas en una adecuada cuantificaci\u00f3n de incertidumbres. Esta tarea la realizamos con la ayuda de softwares inform\u00e1ticos comerciales como: ERDAS Imagine (Hexagon), PolyWorks (innovmetric), Microstation y Context Capture (Bentley), Metashape (Agisoft), GOCAD (Mira Geoscience), MathLab (MathWorks), Visual Studio (Microsoft);
