Call for expressions of interest for Postdoctoral and Assistant Professor positions
The University of Barcelona School of Economics invites applications in all fields for several Postdoctoral and Assistant Professor positions in Economics starting in September 2026. Promotion to Assistant Professor is contingent upon a favorable evaluation, while transition to Associate Professor requires both a favorable evaluation and governmental accreditation.
Interested candidates should submit their expression of interest via EconJobMarket (https://econjobmarket.org/positions/12118). The submission should include a cover letter, CV, three letters of recommendation, a copy of the Job Market Paper, and any other relevant research output.
Interviews will be conducted virtually in mid-December 2025. Based on the interviews, some candidates might be invited for seminars in January/February 2026.
