The successful candidate will join the research project <em data-start=\"348\" data-end=\"423\">\u201cThe governance of municipal public real estate assets in Spanish cities\u201d<\/em>, funded by the Spanish Ministry of Science.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"471\" data-end=\"831\">The project analyses how municipalities manage their public real estate assets, with particular attention to spatial distribution, political rationalities, administrative governance, asset transfer, and evaluation practices. A comparative perspective across Barcelona, Valencia, and Bilbao will shed light on similarities and differences in urban governance.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"833\" data-end=\"984\">The selected PhD candidate will be integrated into <strong data-start=\"884\" data-end=\"916\">CRIT.
