Seminar: Nietzsche and (some) women of his century
The Philosophy and Gender Seminar – ADHUC Center for Research, Theory, Gender, and Sexuality organizes the seminar. Nietzsche and (some) women of his century. “I only believe in singular individuals.” , by Maria Cristina Fornari (University of Salento, Italy).
The session will take place on Wednesday, April 22, from 5 to 7 p.m in the Núria Folch Philosophy Seminar at the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Barcelona (6 Montalegre Street, 4th floor).
Maria Cristina Fornari is vice president of the Seminario Permanente Nietzscheano (SPN), affiliated with the Italian Institute for Germanic Studies in Rome, and a member of the Nietzsche et son temps team at ITEM (CNRS/ENS, Paris). She is a member of the scientific committee and scientific secretariat of the HyperNietzsche Association, as well as of the Italian Center for Nietzsche Studies and the International Research Group on Nietzsche. She has participated in international editorial and research projects dedicated to the work of Friedrich Nietzsche.
Attendance is free of charge. The conference will be in Italian with a delayed translation.
