Right to information pertaining to the processing of personal data:
(1) The General Secretary’s Office of the University of Barcelona is the data controller responsible for the processing of personal data collected via the complaints form. It will not access the information you provide unless there is a legal obligation to do so (for example, if a claim is submitted to the relevant data protection authority or lodged with a competent court/tribunal). Your personal data and the information you provide via this form are confidential.
(2) The data will be processed in order to manage situations in which the UB's Equality Unit may be required to intervene.
(3) You have the right to access your data, to request the rectification of incorrect data, to request erasure of your data, to obtain and reuse your data, and to request restriction of processing of your data in certain circumstances.
