Information and consent

The characteristics of the service are detailed below for your information and in order for you to provide your consent. This is required in order to proceed with the service.

• All consultations are dealt with by qualified psychologists.
• In order to provide the support you request, you will be required to provide certain information. This will only be disclosed to the psychologist dealing with your consultation.
• All of the information obtained during the consultation process will be treated confidentially and handled with professional discretion. Information may only be disclosed to a third party where there is a legal obligation to do so.
• Support is restricted to two consultations.

Legal notice

The personal data you provide will be recorded in an electronic file managed by the UB Psychology Clinic. The data controller is the Josep Finestres Foundation of the University of Barcelona. You may exercise the rights to access, correct, erase and object to the processing of your data by writing to the Josep Finestres Foundation at the postal address c. Feixa Llarga s/n, 08907 L'Hospitalet de Llobregat or at the email address fundacio.josep.finestres@ub.edu, attaching a photocopy of your NIF/NIE/passport/identity document.
