Results of the project entitled “Improving methods for the assessment of infectious human enteric virus survival in produce” were presented at the 2025 IAFP Symposium (Madrid, 6-8 May). A specialized session on “Surveillance in Food and Environmental Virology: Current Trends and Emerging Insights” was also organized.
