Digital Content Management

Introduction

Management of digital content is a work area and skill with a strong projection around the world. This is clearly seen in the increase in the number of consultancies and companies dedicated to designing web architecture, to conduct user experience studies (UX), to manage the presence of brands in social networks ( community manager ), to improve web positioning in search engines (SEO) or to plan online marketing campaigns. There is also an increase in the demand of work positions dedicated to the administration of public intranets or websites and to document management. This can be noticed in various sectors: medium and large companies, research centres, public administration, libraries, archives, museums, etc.

The Master's degree in Ecology, Environmental Management and Restoration is aimed at graduates in Environmental Sciences, Environmental Biology, Biology or in the field of Biosciences, Marine Sciences, Geology, Physics, Chemistry, or Engineering in Chemistry, Forestry, Agricultural, and Civil or related to it. The Master is also aimed at professionals working in public administration and environmental consultants interested in updating knowledge.

It is a master's degree of 60 credits (which can be completed in 1 or 2 years at the student's convenience) and offers two specialties:

  • Management and Restoration of Natural Environment
Specialty aimed at future professionals who want to work in the field of management and as environmental consultants. It provides skills so that they can carry out restoration projects and apply preventive and corrective techniques to deal with the degradation of nature.
  • Ecology
Specialty aimed at future researchers, offering advanced training (conceptual and methodological) in the study of populations, communities, and ecosystems, and in the restoration of ecosystems with a multidisciplinary approach.

In addition, the master's degree offers a wide range of specific elective subjects, which allow the student to create their own profile. Finally, the student can complete the Final Master's Project (TFM) in research centers and universities or in private companies and in the public administration.
