Introduction

CETT-UB's master's degree in Tourism Management is a training program for professionals that offers you a new perspective about the meaning, implementation, and management of companies that develop in the touristic sector.
The master's has four specializations:
- Events Management (Spanish version).
- Events Management (English version).
- Sustainability and Quality Management (Spanish version).
- Marketing strategies and Online Commercialization (Spanish version).
The master's program helps develop the leadership skills needed to effectively manage company projects in the touristic sector. The methodology and the teaching staff will give you a unique opportunity to develop the business skills that better adapt to the current and future trends of the touristic market.

Learning objectives

  • To acquire a holistic vision about the concept of a touristic business and its environment from the perspective of management.
  • Implement mechanisms to create value in touristic services and create the satisfaction and loyalty of the people involved in the organization as a foundation for the satisfaction and loyalty of its clients.
  • Address the potential of new technologies regarding the marketing and communication of Tourism, and specially the internet as a tool for the information, promotion and facilitation of business in Tourism.
  • Apply the tools and methods towards the organization, commercialization, and communication linked to the creation of corporate events and touristic destinations, prioritizing an experiential marketing.
  • Implement the mechanisms that meet the requirements in competitiveness and sustainability in all the competence areas that need so in touristic organizations and businesses, regarding a social and economical perspective.
