Objectives and competences

Specialization programme that allows nurses to develop their professional career in the field of emergencies and out-of-hospital emergencies and offers them the resources and skills to intervene in immediate healthcare situations. It includes placements and/or simulated practice in pre-hospital units, hospital emergencies, delivery room and CUAP's, a face-to-face module of clinical workshops, access to simulations of accidents and rescues in aquatic and mountain environments and SVB Dea, SVI, SVAT and SVAPe accreditations.

Objectives and competences

Objectives

Acquire the competencies and skills necessary to make ethical decisions, based on scientific evidence, with the aim of solving emergency situations and individual or collective life emergencies, independently or coordinated by integrating into multidisciplinary teams and making use of the appropriate technological tools in both the hospital and non-hospital settings including environments such as the mountain and the aquatic environment.
