Objectives and competences

This postgraduate course is offered to legal professionals who feel the need to contrast the degree of training they have already achieved with their previous qualification in law, with an in-depth study of current regulations and the most current jurisprudence.
The postgraduate course offers, therefore, a complete, systematic and rigorous study of all the institutions that are regulated by Catalan civil law, from a practical and up-to-date perspective.
This Postgraduate Degree is given in application of the Agreement signed between the Generalitat de Catalunya and the CGPJ to promote knowledge of Catalonia's own Law.
