USER EXPERIENCE AND DIGITAL LEARNING (2023-2024)

Learning objectives:
- To be able to detect training needs.
- To be able to identify user profiles.
- To gain the skills required to personalise learning.
- To be able to improve training proposals with a focus on user experience.
- To identify and apply digital tools and resources, taking the utmost advantage of the their potential.
-To promote active, practical learning in the classroom and an entrepreneurial culture.
- To encourage the search for creative solutions, teamwork, logical thought and experimentation.
-To be capable of transforming a training proposal into a challenge, design all the components and formats of challenge-based training.
- To assess the effectiveness of training from the perspectives of: innovation, user experience and sustainability, based on the identification of indicators and monitoring tools.

Recommended applicant profiles and admission requirements:
- Professionals in charge of learning design and management in all kinds of organizations and educational contexts.
- Promoters of change who want to work on trends relating to innovation and its local and supra local impact.

Admission for applicants not holding a degree qualification:
The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.
