Bodily injury assessment is the medical activity that assesses injuries, disabilities, sequelae and damages resulting from accidents or illnesses in order to determine fair compensation. This professional online master's degree is aimed at updating all areas of medical expertise, with special emphasis on work disabilities, and trains you to be accredited as a medical expert. If you have a degree in Medicine and want to work as a medical inspector of a Disability Assessment Team, of the Catalan Institute of Medical Assessments, or as a medical expert, whether independent, of a mutual work accidents.

Objectives

- To carry out the professional functions of a medical expert in the evaluation of bodily injury reports in car accidents.
- To acquire the training to evaluate employees' health status and to determine whether they suffer from temporary or permanent disabilities that prevent them from working.
- To assess disabilities (handicaps) and their impact.
- To perform the functions of an inspecting doctor in an evaluation and orientation team or in the Catalan Institute of Health and Medical Evaluation (ICAM).
