INTERNATIONAL TRADE AND FINANCE (2020-2023)

Learning objectives:
- To acquire professional training in foreign trade and international finance, a sector with excellent prospects.
- Comprehensive training in international trade and finance with a broad business vision.
- To gain an understanding of how the international economy, international markets, international marketing and foreign trade finance options work.
- To master the basic principles of the sector in order to develop the skills needed to successfully perform financing, operations, exporting, logistics and marketing tasks, among others.
- To develop research skills.

Recommended applicant profiles and admission requirements:
- University graduates who would like to specialize in international finance or international trade.
- People interested in steering their professional career towards a role in the export department of an international company.
- Professionals who wish to move into international markets, entrepreneurs and company directors who wish to internationalize their business.

Admission for applicants not holding a degree qualification:
Students who are not university graduates may be admitted on these courses. These students will be eligible for a university extension course certificate.Information regarding the entry requirements in this case can be obtained from the course coordinators.

Observations: The master's degree is taught in Spanish. The masters programme makes use of its own methodology approach focusing on research and practical training. It combines several digital training inputs to suit the needs of the student and is compatible with professional activity. Classes are multidisciplinary, taught by professors at the University of Barcelona and also by professionals in the business world. It is held in a multicultural environment, as 85% of the participants are international students.
