Learning objectives:
- Learn about non-technical skills (NTS) and teamwork (TW): relation between patient safety and burnout
- To make appropriate use of the Safety Pause in intensive care (a strategy to improve safety and teamwork), based on recommendations for a suitable briefing
Debriefing.
Develop as a leader in NTS training
- Train other professionals in problem solving and negotiation ability

Healthcare professionals (nurses and doctors) working in intensive care units. University instructors who use simulation as a teaching method
