Objectives and competences
The MCFI has trained more than 2600 professionals who today develop different activities related to the functioning of the International Economy, the development of new markets, foreign trade, international finance and E-Commerce platforms. The applied methodology is based on blended learning, which combines face-to-face classes with virtual tools that allow better use by the student. The MCFI is aimed at people who want to start in the world of international business as well as those who want to improve their professional career by increasing their level of knowledge.

Objectives
- To acquire comprehensive training in international trade and finance with a broad business vision.
- To gain an understanding of how the international economy, international markets, international marketing and foreign trade finance options work.
- To master the basic principles of the sector in order to develop competences in the internationalization of companies and international management (export, logistics, distribution, marketing, operations, sales, etc.).

| Observations: | Face-to-face classes (non-compulsory) in Spanish on Thursday and Friday, from 6.30 to 9 p.m., and Saturday from 10.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. in the first year and Monday to Wednesday, from 6.30 to 9.30 p.m. in the second year (these classes are recorded on video and made available to students weekly on the Virtual Campus, where all of the material in digital format can be found). The masters programme makes use of its own methodology approach focusing on research and practical training. It combines traditional and digital training to meet students' needs and is compatible with professional activities, making it possible to participate in work placements through university-company educational cooperation agreements. Face-to-face classes are multidisciplinary, taught by professors at the University of Barcelona and also by professionals in the business world. They are held in a multicultural environment, as 85% of the participants are international students. |
