Objectives and admission

Learning objectives:
- To train professionals who can deepen the knowledge required to innovate in the tourism sector to ensure the development and evolution of institutions, organisations and tourism destinations.
- To analyse of the current and future strategic challenges of the tourism sector associated with the LGBT community.
- To promote creativity of students so that they can generate innovative, cross-cutting proposals that are respectful and transform the tourism sector.

Recommended applicant profiles and admission requirements:
- People who have a university qualification.
- People who have a qualification from an education system outside the European Higher Education Area, after verification that their qualification reflects an equivalent level of training to the corresponding official Spanish university qualifications.

Admission through this pathway does not imply that the qualification held by the applicant has been officially recognised. The following previous training courses have been identified as the most suitable:
- Diploma in Tourism or qualification of specialist in Tourism Companies and Activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism.
- Diploma in Business Sciences; pre-EHEA degrees in business management and administration, humanities, geography, anthropology, history, sociology, history of art, any bachelor's degree associated with the social sciences and humanities, especially those derived from the aforementioned diplomas and pre-EHEA degrees adapted to the EHEA.

Admission for applicants not holding a degree qualification:
The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.
