Learning objectives:
- To professionalize the practice of mindfulness to generate aware, happy organizations.
- To promote academic aspects of mindfulness in its application in companies and institutions.
- To encourage research in mindfulness in the work context.

- To learn to design, develop and assess training programmes on mindfulness that help professionals to work with full attention to increase efficacy and reduce stress.
Recommended applicant profiles and admission requirements:
This master's degree is aimed at any adult of any age, sex and nationality, with any training, who is working or not, in any business sector, in any company department, with or without experience of meditation, who wants to further their personal growth to become a Mindfulness professional and contribute to the generation of aware, happy organizations.
The practicum (external placement) is focused on the business sector that each student selects.

- Submission of the documents required for registration and enrolment.
- Admission interview.
Admission for applicants not holding a degree qualification:
The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.

Observations: Friday from 4 to 9 p.m. (face-to-face sessions in the Faculty of Economics and Business), Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 4 to 8 p.m. (face-to-face sessions in the Espai del Mar, Passeig Marítim, 271, Castelldefels), Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 4 to 8 p.m. (postural face-to-face sessions, Avinguda de la Constitució, 89, Castelldefels), and from Friday at 4 p.m. to Sunday at 4 p.m. (residential retreats). Face-to-face sessions are compulsory and are held on 80 %. Students can attend the face-to-face sessions and retreats online through the Zoom platform of the University of Barcelona's Virtual Campus.
